营销管理专员岗位职责
市场营销专员(数字采购和活动管理)Sr Marketing Specialist 益升华贸易(宁波)有限公司 益升华贸易(宁波)有限公司,益升华 职责:
启动并实施数字采购策略。但不限于公司网站和垂直站点、社交平台、搜索引擎、电子邮件/通讯、移动等,以精简前景和新的客户收购方式。
制定数码宣传策略,以增加数码平台的流量及转换;配合全球数码团队为key kpi提供与平台有关的服务
监督衡量数字运动影响的有效基准。分析、审查和报告各项活动的成效,以便取得最大的成果
与主要的电子市场(即阿里巴巴)建立和维持策略性的商业关系,以推广品牌意识和商业伙伴关系
监督和参与中国数字世界,定期收集和与全球和本地团队分享中国数字最佳实践。评估新兴技术。在适当情况下提供思想领导和观点供采用
与机构和其他供应商合作伙伴合作,确保所有可交付产品都符合公司品牌指南的要求
为长期营销计划和战略作出贡献

经验/资格:
商务、市场营销、电子商务或同等专业需要学士或以上学历
*至少5年相关工作经验,包括在内部数字市场/电子商务部门或顶级广告代理机构工作3年(数字焦点)
与多国公司打交道的经验是最受欢迎的。有多渠道客户管理经验者优先
·注重成果,果断,精力充沛,具有战略思维能力
*使用营销自动化工具的经验
*处理b2b电子商务的经验,如1688年。通用域名格式
具有很强的市场营销意识和商业头脑;能在灵活的环境中工作
•有效领导和执行多个项目的能力。
良好的英语读写能力
Responsibilities:
o Initiate and implement digital acquisition strategy incl. but not limited to company website and vertical sites , social platform, search engines, email/newsletter, mobile, etc. to streamline prospect and new customer acquisition approach.
o Develop digital campaign strategy to increase digital platform traffic and conversion; align with global digital team for key KPI’s delivery related to the platform
o Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
o Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with major E-marketplace ( i.e. Alibaba) to promote brand awareness and business partnership
o Monitor and engage in China digital world, collect and share China digital best practice with global and local team in regular basis. eva luate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
o Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners; Make sure all deliverables meet Essentra Brand Guideline requirements
o Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies
o Other duties assigned by line manager
Experience/ Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce or equivalent is required
• Minimum 5 year related working experience, including 3 year experience in in-house digital marketing/Ecommerce department or top tier advertising agency ( digital focus)
• Experiences with multinational companies are highly preferred. Past experience on Multi-channel customer management is a plus
• Be results oriented, decisive, energetic, a self-motivated with the ability to think strategically
• Experience in using marketing automation tools
• Prior experience in dealing with B2B E-commerce such as 1688.com
• Strong sales marketing sense and business acumen; Can work in agile way environment
• Ability to lead and execute multiple projects effectively.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
