This job is responsible to demonstrate cost efficiency of the Firmenich flavors in different food applications and to assist the business unit to provide focus clients with the best technical services.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop new foods formulations based on industrial standards and country specific requirements

• Select and eva luate the right flavor solution in compliance with legal, costs, clients applications requirements

• Understand the commercial needs of the brief, the value and price criteria

• Technical contact for certain key clients/categories

• Prepare and lead client's technical presentations

• Work in a close collaboration with account managers, category teams (flavourist, category manager and marketing), other departments

• Manage various administrative internal systems/tasks related to projects briefs and keep daily record on laboratory work and results

EDUCATION

• At least Bachelor degree in Food Science and/or Technology or equivalent.

• About 1 year professional experience requested in the food industry. Has deep knowledge about food processes in various products。
