失效分析技术员岗位职责

FA Technician (失效分析技术员) 苏州通富超威 苏州通富超威半导体有限公司,TFAMD,苏州通富超威,通富超威,通富超威 1.Able to provide comments or inputs beyond below job and independently fix tool issue via help or guidance from vendor

2.Operate physical and electrical analysis tools (curve tracer, X-ray, CSAM, SEM, EDX, FIB, cross-section, chemical etch, delid, dye and pry) and reliability equipment (TC, uBHAST, HSLT, precond, reflow) for case analysis;

3.Write report with result and conclusion, and communicate to requestor

4.Own assigned laboratory area and tools 5S/EHS/PM and work with vendor on tool issue fixing

5.Own ORM (ongoing reliability monitoring) execution including sample selection, reliability testing and result report

6.Train and guide junior technician

7.Other working tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求:

1.High school and above degrees, prefer subject in microelectronics and material

2.Basic oral and written skills in English and Mandarin

3.0~2 years’ work experience including 0~2 years’ expertise experience in a high paced environment specializing in Cal/ESD work experience.

4.Basic knowledge in IC Silicon device, assembly process, testing and package component

5.Able to operate curve trace, X-ray, CSAM, polish, TDR, SEM/EDX, FIB for EFA and PFA; and environmental reliability testing

6.Case report writing

7.5S/EHS and tool PM skills
