PQA Engineer - 产品质量保证工程师 美光半导体(西安)有限责任公司 美光半导体(西安)有限责任公司,美光 Product Quality Assurance (PQA) Engineer
As a MXA Site PQA (Product Quality Assurance) Engineer, you will work with Manufacturing, Engineering, GQ, Central Teams, Product Engineering, and other areas to develop a best in class quality culture and drive improvements in Micron’s quality. You will be responsible for reducing variation and driving resolution to deviations in MXA. In addition, you will work with business partners and key stakeholders to develop strategies for continuous improvement in product quality and process controls and provide support for customer related issues and activities.
Responsibilities and Tasks
•Drive internal & external deviation management, ensure compliance to Global Nonconforming Control and 8D procedure requirements.
•Drive site focus on improving performance variation and reducing deviations that impact product quality
•Promote and drive projects and business processes that will reduce overall process and equipment variation
•Implement, promote and utilize effective problem solving tools and techniques (i.e. 8D, KT, GDM) and drive closure on deviations.
•Provide effective and efficient Customer support (Customer audits, RMAs/Customer Complaints)
•Provide effective lot disposition support
•Develop and implement process quality controls and systems to ensure timely and effective detection and management of deviations
•Support strategic vision and quality program/project management Initiatives, eg Defense Line projects, Big Rock programs
•Drive Implementation of BKMs and OPL (local/global source)
•Support Material/Product/Process Qualifications. Provide product risk assessment.
•Develop, manage and communicate line of sight metrics and manage quality performance (CESS, %NCU, CoNC, 8D score, GDM closure & TAT and etc)
•Establish, measure, and continuously drive for goals based results.
•Advocate Quality culture
Education Required
•Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Material/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
technical field.
Experience Required
•Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in Quality, Process or Product engineering in semiconductor (preferred)
•An in-depth understanding of process flows, controls and interactions, and how process changes and defect mechanisms can affect yield, performance, and reliability
•Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills
•Good multi-tasking and effective problem solving skills
•A good understanding of FMEA and control plans
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Experience coordinating engineering efforts across many different project groups.
•The ability to interpret and effectively resolve complex, technical or ambiguous requests and problems
•A good understanding of Micron’s Quality Policy
•Strong attention to detail
•Ability to handle occasional high stress situations in a professional manner
•Able and willing to travel as needed
