宴会销售总监岗位职责
宴会销售总监 Scrutinize and approve all contracts prepared by the Village/Space sales team considering effective yield management
Set Various Village/Space segment sales targets for all sales and drive performance of key accounts
Projects, completes and submits along with FB Head monthly rolling forecast of meetings, conferences, exhibitions/events, retreats and space rental revenues
Assists to set up and administer the Village/Space Sales Incentive Plan
Collaborate with Events Management team to ensure all VIP groups and functions are executed achieving, if not exceeding the client’s expectations
Active participation of pre-conference/meeting BEO meetings ensuring a successful transition of any group’s requirements
Conducts site inspections and food tastings with prospective and repeat customers, to ensure we understand the needs of the guests and exceed their expectations during their program
Maintains positive relationships with all guests and vendors.
Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within computer system according to hotel standards.
Ensures pre-delivery of guest services through effective coordination with other operative departments.
