初级审核员岗位职责
Job Descriptions:
-monitor the working conditions of the factories in China
-provide advice to the factory management and supervisors on appropriate ways of keeping up and upgrading the prevailing social compliance practices
-supervise and report any possible unauthorised subcontracting
-give monthly reports to the group management and Head of CSR on the social performances and progresses of the factories
-handle clients’ announced and unannounced audits and assessments
-coordinate with the factories on the completion of corrective action plans (CAP) after audits and assessments
-perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
-tertiary education or above
-2 to 3 years of working experiences in the social compliance or related fields
-good knowledge of the labour, health and safety and environmental laws of China
-well versed in Putonghua, English and other languages if possible
-good at MS office applications
-impartial, independent, self-motivated and organised
-familiarity with the BSCI, Sedex and other Codes of Conduct is an advantage
-frequent travel is needed
