注塑机维修岗位职责

维修工程师(注塑机或表面处理方向) 马瑞利汽车照明系统(佛山)有限公司 马瑞利汽车照明系统(佛山)有限公司(分支机构) Qualification:

1.University degree, major in Engineering; Mechanical or related field

2.Relative experience of engineering change management.

3.Relative product certificate experience, eg. 3C, Emark, and quality knowledge, eg. ISO9001/TS16949.

4.Good English communication skills

5.Good at Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. Good project management

6.Familiar with the mechanical principle, electrical and pneumatic control.

7.Over 3 years engineering experience on machine equipment management

8.Strong understanding injection molding machine metalizing machine maintenance will be given priority.

Responsibility:

1. Repair machinery and facility

2.Preventive and corrective maintenance for the machinery and facility

3.Respond to any substance contingency in the area

4.Recording activities in the log book for follow-up

5.Complete continuous improvement plan of machine, fixtures, gripper and facility

6.Reduce down-time attributed to machinery set-up and failure

7.Provide support to the production areas

8.Plan, coach technicians to maintain machine and equipment

9.Comply with the training and certification programs

10.Installation and commissioning new equipment, tooling and facility

11.Move the machine or fixtures in the plant, gripper manufacture

12. Monitor subordinates (technicians) to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury
