研磨技术员岗位职责

研磨技术员 巴斯夫上海涂料有限公司 巴斯夫上海涂料有限公司,巴斯夫 职责描述:

• Strictly obey the rules or regulations 、labor discipline and EHS requirements of the company;

严格遵守公司各项规章制度、劳动纪律和EHS制度的要求;

• Work with operators on field, to make sure production process of milling lines smoothly follow POs and SOPs , treat any alarm occurred on the milling lines , to ensure milling lines run safely;

通过与现场操作工的协同工作, 确保研磨线生产流程按照订单工艺指令和作业指导书顺利运行,处理报警信息,确保生产过程安全运行;

• Train and direct operators on duty to operate the equipment of milling lines properly;

培训和指导当班操作工正确操作研磨线诸设备;

• Clean and check the equipment or tools before and after using of them, report maintenance requirement if any defect or abnormity found, to make sure production high efficiency;

设备和工具使用前后进行清洁与点检,发现故障或异常,及时报告,以确保高效的生产;

• According to the 5S requirement, make sure the working area clean and tidy all the time;

按照区域5S要求,确保工作区域整洁;

• To receive and transfer the production information from last shift and to next shift;

交接班,使用领班交班本形式,接收传递上下班次信息;

• According to the experience accumulated from daily operation, actively put forward rationalization proposals to management team;

依据日常工作中自身积累的操作经验,主动向管理人员提出合理化建议;

• Actively discover and report potential safety hazard in production field by filling out safety report card.

积极发现和报告工作场所的安全隐患,并填写安全报告卡。

• Attend and pass the external and internal train organized by company

参加并通过公司组织的本岗位相关的外部取证和内部岗位培训

任职要求:

• Education: 全日制大专及以上,本科优先

• Working Experience: 3年化工操作相关工作经验,能适应倒班工作

• Technical Professional Knowledge: 能识别PID图和有DCS/PLC操作经验者优先
