医疗器材销售岗位职责
医疗器材全国销售经理-NSM Based in Shanghai, National Sales Manager will be accountable for all aspects of the company’s sales activities. His/her initial focus will be to strengthen sales, customer support, manage the Otometrics sales team, and manage the distribution channels to hit the budget sales targets while providing strategic vision and plans, and most of all on-the-ground leadership for the Chinese sales team.
He/she will keep the GM of Company China abreast of opportunities, competitive issues, and market conditions, and drive total sales and profit growth balanced against the necessary investments to strengthen a first class market-leading business organization.
Requirements:
35 - 40 years
Eligible for any nationality, but preferable native Chinese, who speaks fluently English
Chinese at native level and English very fluently in both verbal and writing.
A good technical understanding and/or technical educated at University level in engineering (electronics, data/software, technology or alike) is a must.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of and experience in an mixture of some of the following areas:
1. Experience as Chinese representative of an appropriate size Western sales subsidiary or a multinational company, including managing to revenue, margin goals, and international reporting.
2. Must have operating company leadership experience of a similar scale. Experience in medtech industry is highly preferable.
3. Able to deal effectively with and present convincingly to corporate headquarters to get support and resources.
4. Good network of relationships within the Chinese healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
5. Business strategy creation and general management of direct key account hospital and institutional sales and capable of leading a business focused at high-end, high-quality and high-priced products.
6. Must be capable and effective communicator, both in Chinese and English.
7. Comfortable financial terms as well as reporting.
A leader with strong sense of ownership - a strong desire to make a personal contribution to the success of the overall company in a local competitive environment.
Behavioural traits should include: strong and well-developed leadership skills, team player, and positive open frank to-the-point communicator.
