Senior Mechanical Engineer高级机械 Job Description:

Responsible for Product Development: mechanical design, development, thermal simulation and analysis tests, updating and enhancement of existing and new products for optical amplifiers, subsystems and micro-optics modules.

Requirement:

· 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering/thermal engineering, experience in telecommunication industry .

· Familiar with the sheet metal and machined part design, experiences with plastic such as Ultem, Vectra; Various manufacturing approaches such as molding, stamping and extrusion

· Experience with problem analysis and resolution;Product Development Process experience and disciplines

· In-depth technical knowledge and understanding the sheet mental and machined part design, tolerance analysis.

· The knowledge of adhesive, and VHB tape and foam

· Excellent skill with Agile, AutoCAD, SolidWorks; experience with Flotherm, Illustrator or SAP is a plus

· Strong ability to solve complex problems make correct technical decisions in short timeframes, often with limited inputs

· Creative, analytical and structured problem solving capabilities

· Experience with TEC functionality and heat transfer, thermal modeling is desired

· Mechanical Design for EMI protection
